Ton Ton's Tan Tan

This is Ton Ton's version of Tan Tan Ramen. I went in one day on my lunch break craving some of their NEW Oxtail Ramen, but it was a Monday, and apparently it wouldn't be ready until that night. Booooooo! I had to settle for the Tan Tan, mild please. To be honest, Tan Tan is not one of my favorite ramens. I usually prefer Kotteri, Tonkotsu or a Paitan broth ramen. Anyhow, it filled me up for lunch, and I was energized for work again. I still really prefer the Oxtail Ramen here. The oxtail meat melts in your mouth!
