I had lunch with my friend, Grant, at Serg's today. Gosh, I love that place! Already did a post on it in February
here, but I love it so much, I'm going to remix it in this post!
I, of course, had a Beef Flauta and a Horchata...seriously, you can't go wrong with this,
trust me! And Grant usually orders the Beef Flauta too, but wanted to be adventurous, and went for the Fajita Salad with Carne Asada. He liked it...I forgot to ask if he'd order it again (this is how I know people
really like something...if they would order it again), but he did pretty much finish it all, so I'm assuming he would. I also had a bite of it. I liked the smoky, grilled taste of the steak with the light salad. On top, the salad had the usual mexican white cheese that they use on all of their dishes AKA Queso Blanco (which literally translates to WHITE CHEESE), and their white sauce which is a light sour cream.
So far, I've tried their Al Pastor Burrito, Grant's Fajita Salad and my favorite, the Beef Flauta. I have to say, I will probably never stray from the Beef Flauta. It is just that good.
