Here's just a quick, short post on my mom's favorite dish. I, of course, had the Kalua Pig BLT, but my mom likes to shuffle between the Calamari Salad and this dish, Tempura-Battered Fresh Island Mahi Mahi. Comes on a Hoagie Roll with Caper Mayo and Tsuyu dipping sauce. She loves this, and finished every bite!
